We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager or an Account Director.

We’re looking for a seasoned client leader who brings calm structure to complex accounts and confidently owns high-stakes client relationships. 

This is a senior, judgment-heavy role for someone who has managed demanding U.S.-based clients, handled escalations end-to-end, and proactively protected retention and growth.

You won’t just “manage accounts” - you’ll strengthen them. You’ll act as the senior escalation point, guide internal teams, improve systems, and elevate the overall maturity of our client service.

In this role, you will:

🧭 Act as primary escalation point for complex client issues and lead difficult conversations with confidence

📊 Oversee a portfolio of accounts with strong organization, follow-through, and accountability

🤝 Coordinate across Paid Media, SEO, Tracking, and Operations teams to remove blockers and align strategy

📈 Translate campaign performance into clear, strategic client-facing communication

💬 Conduct business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive retention

🧠 Make sound judgment calls independently and guide junior Account Managers

🎓 Improve AM onboarding, assign training areas, and conduct quality assurance on team initiatives

🗓 Facilitate recurring team meetings and support leadership with structured L10 meetings

⚙️ Manage administrative configurations in project management tools and improve operational efficiency

🎨 Contribute creative ideas to agency marketing initiatives, branding, and growth strategies

📌 Provide ongoing strategic consultation to ensure campaigns align with client business goals

You’re highly organized and systems-oriented rather than reactive. You stay calm under pressure and naturally spot risks before they escalate. You take ownership instead of deferring responsibility, can push back diplomatically when needed, and thrive in a fast-growing, evolving environment. 

You bring both structure and creativity - and senior decision-makers trust you quickly.


Working Hours:
This is a full-time, fully remote role working primarily with the U.S.-based clients, ideally working from 6am EST - 2pm OR 3pm EST.

To be a successful candidate, you need:

✅ 5–8+ years in a Senior Account Manager or Account Director role at a digital marketing agency
✅ Direct experience managing U.S.-based clients with a proven track record of growing accounts and revenue

✅ Experience working in a marketing / digital ad agency.
✅ Proven ownership of escalations, renewals, and retention
✅ Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, and performance marketing
✅ Experience coordinating multiple internal teams
✅ Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and analytics
✅ Near-perfect spoken and written English
✅ Confident presence on Zoom and client calls
✅ Strong presentation and problem-solving skills

Brownie points for:

⭐ Media planning and data-driven marketing strategy experience
⭐ Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and CRM software
⭐ Healthcare or dental industry experience
⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
⭐ Team management experience
