You
As the VP of Growth Marketing (reporting to the SVP, Growth) you will lead Seed’s Growth Marketing team into a new era of innovation and scale. You will evolve Seed’s measurement into a robust balance of MMM, MTA, and LTA models with a heavy incorporation of marginal ROI and incrementality. You will test and scale new channels while innovating existing ones. And you will unlock new audiences and performance through deep creative strategy. All this will be done alongside the Growth Marketing team and close collaborators across Eng, Product, Creative, Marketing, Data, and more.

Who you are:
- Proven track record of managing DTC businesses with revenues exceeding $200M+ and complex omni-channel distribution strategies.
- First principles thinker with exceptional problem solving and strategic capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills that unlock performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines. You also have deep familiarity with attribution models, marginal returns, incrementality, and know when and how to deploy each most effectively.
- Consistently discover new and impactful ways to optimize processes and bottlenecks, with a particular strength in being at the forefront of leveraging AI.Exceptional communication skills with Execs, peers, and employees throughout the organization, as well as with external partners and vendors.
- Proven ability to recruit and develop world-class talent and put them in a position to be successful.
- Collaborative leader who balances performance with shared ownership across the team and functions.
- A “player-coach” with a mindset that no task is too big or too small - willing to roll up sleeves when needed to write ad copy, or to conduct performance analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the DTC performance of Seed’s rapidly growing and profitable business, maximizing sustainable results over time.
- Drive omni-channel sales through effective paid distribution, measurement, and frameworks while deepening Seed’s understanding of how to balance marginal returns and incrementality.
- Drive further omni-channel sales through non-paid efforts across SEO, LCM, Referral, etc.
- Derive impactful insights from creative testing and leverage them to continuously improve creative efficacy.
- Collaborate with Brand/Creative and Marcomms to build full funnel messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
- Bring out the best in Seed’s existing talent while recruiting and developing new, world class talent.
- Identify and deploy the best tooling and ways to leverage AI throughout Growth Marketing and beyond.
- Develop and execute tests that drive impact and learnings across the business.
Compensation
The estimated annual pay range for this full-time position is $225K - $250K. Equity is structured to match seniority and strategic impact, offering meaningful participation in the company’s long-term value. Company benefits are competitive across all US locations. This position is US-based and 100% remote. Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience. and advanced education and training.
