  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP - Admissions (HS) based in United States. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving admissions strategy, market demand, student recruitment, and enrollment conversion across existing campus operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing Admissions team while shaping strategies that support growth, revenue, and market share. The role combines executive-level leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring a strong understanding of metrics, customer needs, and market dynamics. You will collaborate closely with operations, campus leaders, technology teams, and other executives to identify growth opportunities and improve enrollment processes. As a key voice for students and the broader enrollment network, you will help translate market insights into actionable business and process improvements. This is a remote leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, highly structured, and regulated environment, with significant travel and flexibility required.
  • Accountabilities Lead the overall Admissions function, setting strategic direction for market demand, student recruitment, conversion, enrollment growth, and revenue opportunities across existing campuses. Manage, mentor, coach, and develop Senior and Executive-level Admissions Representatives and other Enrollment Services team members, building a high-performance, metrics-driven culture. Establish and execute market-specific strategies that strengthen existing relationships, uncover new growth opportunities, increase market share, and improve the student enrollment funnel. Oversee day-to-day departmental operations, ensuring adherence to established processes, performance metrics, and annual operating plan objectives, including management of departmental budgets. Serve as a senior escalation point for questions, issues, and customer concerns within Enrollment Services, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Partner with Operations and executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, redesign enrollment workflows, and successfully implement new programs across the organization. Represent the voice of the customer by bringing student, market, and enrollment insights to leadership discussions around business, technology, and product strategy. Collaborate with campus teams and leaders to define market opportunities, refine recruitment methodologies, and support overall campus and organizational performance. Develop, enhance, and communicate growth-related reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide leadership with actionable visibility into demand, conversion, and enrollment trends. Work with senior leadership to prioritize market objectives and initiatives designed to generate demand and drive new student enrollment into existing campuses. Maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders and the broader Enrollment Services network while identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and business outcomes. Represent the Admissions function professionally across internal and external interactions, including communications with students and staff from diverse backgrounds. Travel up to approximately 50% as business needs require and remain available for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, schedules, and business requirements while effectively managing multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or equivalent advanced education is preferred. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an upper-management leadership role. Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing admissions, enrollment, sales, or similarly customer-focused teams. Strong knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective growth strategies. Proven ability to drive demand, conversion, revenue growth, and performance against defined targets and objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in high-volume or customer-facing environments, with the ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and in person. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with experience using data and performance metrics to guide strategy. Ability to develop productive relationships with senior leaders, campus teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, adaptability, and a positive, collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a highly structured, regulated, and team-oriented environment. Proficiency with applicable school, enrollment, database, and business systems, along with advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools. Ability to work remotely in states where the organization is licensed or approved to operate. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, as well as work outside standard business hours when business needs require. Ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Benefits Competitive salary: $175,000 annually.
