• CSM Romania is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of Auxiliary Engines and other machinery equipment. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experience with multicultural working environment. Experience on oil tankers, preferably VLCC/Suezmax/Aframax. Basic knowledge of engine room machinery and tanker systems. Good communication and leadership skills. Effective English communication. Safety culture and mindset. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank with the same vessel type and with 2 stroke engines over 10000KW output. Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
