Handle inbound calls, conduct initial client intake, and support attorneys with scheduling and case documentation. Work in a fast-paced environment serving clients dealing with auto accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries. Maintain confidentiality while providing empathetic support to callers in stressful situations. Bilingual English-Spanish skills required.

• Answer and manage inbound calls while conducting initial client intake for personal injury cases
• Gather and accurately document caller information, incident details, and insurance data in CRM systems
• Assess call urgency and route communications appropriately to attorneys or case managers
• Schedule consultations and follow-up calls using the firm's calendar system
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and attorney-client privilege standards

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or call handler within a law firm or medical office environment.
  • Professional bilingual proficiency in spoken English and Spanish, with clear and articulate communication skills.
  • Verifiable experience using VOIP phone systems, CRM software, and digital scheduling platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational credential required.
  • Ability to accurately document caller information, incident details, and insurance data using standardized intake procedures.
  • Proven ability to assess call urgency and appropriately route communications to attorneys or case managers.
