Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to deliver ongoing therapy services in a fully remote setting. This role is designed for clinicians who want a dependable schedule and a clear focus on client care. Your workday is structured around sessions, treatment planning, and follow-up, allowing you to maintain continuity with clients without the demands of in-person practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate clinical updates with internal teams
- Follow state and organizational clinical guidelines
- Active North Carolina LCMHC or LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience in outpatient mental health services
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
