  • About the Company We are an innovative tech startup in the cannabis industry, building a logistics and distribution app designed to optimize transportation efficiency. Our platform connects cannabis distributors to reduce empty return trips, saving time and costs while improving operational efficiency. Our immediate focus is onboarding distribution partners across California, with plans to scale nationwide and internationally. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our outreach, email marketing, and customer communication efforts. This role is critical in helping us onboard distribution partners and manage inbound interest as we launch and grow. You will handle campaign execution, responses, and follow-ups, acting as a key point of contact between the business and potential partners. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & Campaign Management ● Build and manage email outreach campaigns using provided contact lists ● Upload and organize contacts into email marketing systems ● Send bulk outreach emails to potential distribution partners ● Track campaign performance and engagement Inbox & Customer Support Management ● Monitor and respond to inbound emails via customer support inbox ● Provide clear, helpful responses using provided templates and training ● Escalate technical issues to the development team when needed Follow-Up & Lead Engagement ● Conduct follow-up emails to non-responders and interested leads ● Make follow-up phone calls to explain the platform and onboard users ● Maintain communication logs and update lead status Administrative Support ● Keep records of outreach, responses, and onboarding progress ● Assist with general coordination of onboarding new partners ● Support backend operational tasks as needed REQUIREMENTS Essential Skills ● Strong written and verbal English communication skills ● Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with clients ● Experience with email marketing tools or CRM systems ● High level of organization and attention to detail ● Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Preferred Experience ● Familiarity with tools like GoDaddy (email & domain systems) ● Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or customer support ● Experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant Growth Opportunity This role has strong potential to evolve into a full-time position as the business scales.   • $500 - $700 a month Part-Time (20 hours/week) Potential to transition to Full-Time in the future Working Hours ● Flexible, but must overlap with California business hours (after 10:00 AM PST) ● Availability during mid-day U.S. hours is preferred for outreach effectiveness
