Job Description


Overview


As a Vendor program Associate, you will manage and track many Vendor partner programs and requirements. In additioncoordinate internal training requests, and certification tracking of employees nationally and internationally.


Your Impact


The essential functions of this position include:

  • Manage vendor program requirements by analyzing role-based training and certification needs, identifying internal champions, coordinating required activities, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. 
  • Conduct structured tracking and coordination of training and certification fulfillment for employees based on vendor program requirements. 
  • Track certification progress, deadlines, and proofs of completion for employees across national and international teams. 
  • Secure, verify, and upload proof of training and certification completions into required internal systems to support vendor funding reimbursement processes. 
  • Retrieve and upload documentation into multiple internal applications as part of ongoing program compliance. 
  • Manage a large volume of concurrent deadlines and follow-ups associated with vendor program milestones, training needs, and certification cycles. 
  • Monitor progress and coordinate with internal participants and vendor representatives to ensure timely completion of program requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to vendor program requirements, certification statuses, or documentation issues in partnership with vendor representatives. 
  • Assist employees with navigating vendor training sites and resolving access or training-related issues. 
  • Manage and process internal technology training requests for employees. 
  • Coordinate occasional internal custom training sessions, including attendee confirmations, logistics with training providers, communication of prerequisites, and class instructions. 
  • Communicate regularly with internal employees, internal certification volunteers, and external vendor representatives to exchange program updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on requirements. 
  • Provide clear written and verbal instructions for training, certification, and class participation. 
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of program requirements, employee progress, certifications, proofs, and deadlines to ensure compliance and support eligibility for vendor incentives.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma      
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent Team player practices
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask

Position Specifics


The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $31.25 to $38.46 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure includes variable pay through commissions based on individual sales performance. This means your earning potential can substantially increase based on your sales achievements.
