We are partnering with a U.S.-based public accounting firm to build a strong early talent pipeline for potential upcoming needs, including the September–October busy season.
While we are proactively identifying qualified candidates ahead of demand, final hiring timelines may adjust. The goal is to ensure that when roles open, we already have top-tier talent ready for immediate consideration.

About the Role
As a Tax Reviewer, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality output across multiple return types, manage client communications, and support a U.S.-based public accounting team.
Must Have:
- 5+ years dedicated U.S. tax review experience (not just preparation) in public accounting
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal, state & local tax laws
- Extensive review experience: 1040, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1041
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Proven experience managing client relationships (updates, Q&A, ownership)
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess, Canopy, and QBO
Preferred
- CPA or EA (required for reviewer roles)
- MST or advanced tax coursework
- Experience with U.S. firms in a nearshore/offshore capacity
- Comfortable with Slack, Teams, Zoom
Key Responsibilities
- Review U.S. federal, state & local returns for accuracy and compliance
- Deliver detailed, constructive review notes to preparers
- Identify tax‑saving opportunities and compliance risks
- Own client communication: updates, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Meet strict review deadlines in a high‑volume environment
- Collaborate with managers on complex tax matters
