Technical Solutions Analyst - Buenos Aires
Interlaced • Argentina
Posted: March 7, 2026
Job Description
Interlaced is a cloud-focused IT services provider, providing outsourced IT services for innovative businesses across the globe. We specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting edge technology infrastructure that helps our clients scale and achieve their missions.
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Solutions Analyst to take on a significant portion of our pre-sales scoping and technical analysis workload. This role exists to scale the capacity of our Solutions Team — absorbing the day-to-day custom scoping including SOW development, vendor coordination, and discovery work.
You'll work at the intersection of Sales and Technical Delivery, translating client requirements into accurate project scopes, labor estimates, and statements of work across infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint environments. Within six months, the expectation is that you're independently handling 50–70% of incoming scoping volume with minimal intervention from the Solutions Architect.
This is not a helpdesk or delivery role. You won't be implementing projects or resolving service tickets — your focus is entirely on pre-sales technical analysis and making sure projects are set up to succeed before they start.

- Participate in client discovery calls alongside Account Managers and Sales teams to gather technical requirements and understand business objectives.
- Translate discovery findings into structured technical solution outlines and implementation plans.
- Ask clarifying questions to identify scope boundaries, technical dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Develop labor estimates and project effort models using internal estimation frameworks.
- Draft statements of work (SOWs), pricing inputs, and technical solution summaries.
- Identify third-party vendor requirements and coordinate vendor outreach for pricing and feasibility.
- Validate solution assumptions with internal engineering and project delivery teams.
- Maintain standardized scoping templates, pricing assumptions, and documentation libraries.
- Support architects in scoping complex or multi-system projects.
- Assist with change orders by evaluating scope changes and recalculating required effort.
- Identify required third-party vendors, software licensing, or hardware procurement needed to support proposed solutions.
How We'll Measure Your Success
- Scoping throughput: Number of completed scopes per month
- Turnaround time: Time from request to completed scope
- Estimation accuracy: Variance between scoped effort and actual project delivery
- Architect efficiency: Percentage of scopes completed without Solutions Architect intervention
