  • Accountabilities: The Technical Services Sr. Specialist will develop and execute technical service strategies for strategic accounts, providing expert guidance, training, and data-driven recommendations to improve customer outcomes. Plan and execute technical service strategies in collaboration with commercial, technical, genetic, and account management teams. Manage service activities for strategic accounts, including customer visits, technical assessments, and ongoing support plans. Identify opportunities to improve customer profitability and operational performance through technical solutions. Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and educational sessions for farm employees and internal teams. Monitor the progress and impact of implemented solutions, evaluating results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Prepare and present technical reports, performance summaries, and product validation insights for customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain strategic account information and support financial validation activities. Participate in global technical and strategic account initiatives. Respond to technical questions and provide expert support to customers, prospects, and internal teams. Create technical communications, share field performance data, and contribute content for industry and internal channels. Represent the organization at producer meetings, professional events, and industry gatherings to share knowledge and stay current with emerging technologies. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong dairy production expertise, technical consulting experience, and excellent communication skills to support customers and deliver measurable business impact. Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of applied technical experience in dairy production areas, including reproductive management, genetics, herd health, cow comfort, milk quality, calf management, nutrition, facilities, or related fields. Experience training, coaching, and developing personnel in technical or operational environments. Experience analyzing customer data and using insights to validate product or solution performance. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Strong ability to prepare technical reports, presentations, and educational materials. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and train diverse audiences. Analytical skills and experience using dairy management software such as DC 305, BoviSync, PC Dart, or similar platforms. Proficiency with standard business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America, with travel requirements based on business needs. Benefits: Competitive annual salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 USD.
