  • Promote sales of specialty fertilizers and bio-stimulants
  • Expand new business opportunities and build a customer pipeline
  • Oversee key accounts and distributor relationships
  • Offer both technical and commercial support
  • Work closely with Purchasing, R&D, and Manufacturing departments
  • Generate leads by participating in industry events

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience in Plant Nutrition, Bio-Stimulants, Soil Conditioners, or Micronutrients
  • Robust technical and commercial knowledge of the market
  • Availability for frequent travel
