- Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

- Process Management & Communication:
- Schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those with US market exposure.
- Proven track record in either 180 recruitment – preferably within the tech sector.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams.
- Access to a laptop and reliable high-speed internet is essential.
