Tech Lead (Java, AI Agents)
Exerizon β’ Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland
Posted: August 19, 2026
Job Description
Contract: B2B, Full-time
Location: Remote-first, occasional on-site in Warsaw for client engagements
Start Date: Immediate
Polish language required
π The Role
Exerizon delivers an AI-native SDLC platform used by enterprise clients in banking and insurance. We're a small team, we ship production code, and there's zero corporate theatre.
We're looking for a Software Engineer who can build the agent-facing services our AI orchestration runs on, own features end to end, and ship under real client deadlines.
π» What You'll Be Doing
- Build AI Agent Capabilities β Design and implement the Java/Spring Boot services our AI agents call in production: the tools, integrations, and business logic behind the orchestration.
- Own Features End to End β Take work from design through production, working directly with client engineering teams on requirements and constraints.
- Apply Real Architecture β Bring design patterns and clean boundaries to a fast-moving codebase. Defend the trade-offs β don't just make it compile.
- Integrate with Client Systems β Design integration points between the platform's agent layer and client-side systems and APIs.
- Operate the Deployment β Work day-to-day in our CI/CD and Kubernetes-based setup, without needing to own the underlying infrastructure.
βMandatory
- Strong, current Java β we run on the latest (Java 25) and Spring Boot, with enough depth to justify a design choice, not just ship one.
- Hands-on AI/LLM engineering β you've built something that calls an LLM or orchestrates agents in production, not just run a demo.
- Design patterns and architectural judgment β you can read a messy system, propose a clean boundary, and defend the trade-off.
- Proven delivery track record β shipped production features independently under real deadlines, ideally in a contract or consulting-adjacent setting.
- Solid infra literacy β comfortable with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes concepts, as any strong backend engineer should be. We're not looking for an infra specialist here.
- Fluent Polish (client engagements run in Polish) and professional English.
β Nice to Have
- Comfortable working across a mixed environment: GitLab and GitHub, cloud and on-prem, self-hosted CI/CD with supply-chain scanning.
- Experience with Helm for packaging and deploying services β Terraform is a plus.
- Postgres/pgvector and hybrid search tuning.
- Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD).
- Comfortable reading and writing Go β we use it internally for tooling and automation.
- Prior experience in banking or insurance, ideally under DORA-adjacent governance.
