Job Description

We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter professional who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a solid understanding of hiring best practices, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success. This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months.

  • 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcer or in related fields.
  • Based in Colombia.


    Responsabilities:

    Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    • Manage the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment records

  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and values
    • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Collaboration & Hiring Support
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
    • Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring best practices
    • Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
    • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
    • Provide regular updates and reports to P&C leadership
