As a Systems Administrator you will go above and beyond by providing local end-user discovery, support, and training on how to utilise technology more efficiently.

- Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure.
- Develop and support cloud environments, especially Azure and M365.
- Maintain strong documentation practices for operational clarity.
- Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
- Building strong relationships with customers by demonstrating positivity, approachability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help.
- Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and M365, with additional training provided for further development.
- Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar).
- Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
- A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.
