- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial.
