Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost optimization approaches is highly desirable. Must be a U.S. citizen due to program requirements. Benefits: Competitive annual salary with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Paid time off, holidays, and parental/family leave programs.
