About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, proactive communication, and a consistently high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process
  • Act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations
  • Attend and support client interviews, facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring a smooth interview experience for both clients and candidates
  • Monitor the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely progress, quality delivery, and adherence to client requirements
  • Partner with recruitment teams to match top talent with client needs and ensure successful placements
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand staffing services
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations
  • Proactively address client and candidate concerns, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high level of service
  • Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets and margins are achieved
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, hiring progress, and future workforce strategies
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to overall team performance and development

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing role within the staffing industry
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates alike
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and using data to drive decisions
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and handle client and candidate concerns in a professional manner
  • Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, sales, and operations teams
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and other recruitment or account management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience supporting contract discussions or renewals (preferred)
