POSITION SUMMARY

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical initiatives within the Security, Technology Enablement & Platform Services (STEPS) organization at EarnIn. Reporting directly to the CISO, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects that impact our cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, and business technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

This position is hybrid-remote based in Mountain View. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,640- $274,560, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of key technical and operational initiatives within the STEPS organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery from ideation to implementation, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Own STEPS portfolio management & operating rhythms, such as executive briefings, business reportings, quarterly planning & execution, operational risk reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure execution excellence, champion operational best practices, and continuous improvement in our program management & related processes.
  • Drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams within and partners to STEPS; analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in organization, technical & financial operations, and service delivery related to STEPS.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field/experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading complex and cross-functional projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating and enabling geographically dispersed teams while translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps 
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track program metrics (such as OKRs and KPIs) and use data to drive accountability and decisions 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Familiarity with security concepts like vulnerability management and technology like AWS platform, Kubernetes, and Argo CD is a plus, as is a background in Security, Site Reliability, or Developer/Platform Engineering
