You will own the strategy and evolution of a high-impact ML-powered product that determines how users are matched with ads across multiple platforms and campaign objectives. The position involves shaping experimentation frameworks and defining product direction for a neural-net based system operating at massive scale and high throughput. You will collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate model performance into measurable product improvements. This is a highly analytical and strategic role where rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making are central to success. You will play a key role in evolving core ML systems that influence revenue generation and user engagement across global mobile ecosystems. The environment is fast-paced, technical, and deeply focused on scaling AI-driven personalization products.
• Accountabilities: Define and evolve the product strategy for conversion-focused machine learning systems that optimize ad performance and user engagement. Design experimentation plans to evaluate model improvements, product hypotheses, and system changes using structured testing and analysis. Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to improve prediction systems, ranking models, and conversion optimization frameworks. Translate complex model performance signals into actionable product decisions that improve outcomes across campaigns and verticals. Continuously refine product roadmap based on data insights, experiment results, and evolving system behavior at scale. Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure robust measurement frameworks and scalable ML product infrastructure. Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in product management, data-driven product development, or ML-adjacent roles. At least 3+ years of experience working directly with software and machine learning engineers on technical products. Strong background in mathematics, computer science, machine learning, or related quantitative disciplines. Proven ability to design experiments, interpret data, and make product decisions based on statistical and analytical reasoning. Hands-on experience with SQL and basic proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages. Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in mobile advertising, large-scale ML systems, or performance marketing is a strong plus.
