As a core member of our development group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of technology. What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities) ● Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices ● Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle ● Ensure clean code practices: TDD, performance, and security ● Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews ● Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes Requirements ● 5+ years of experience as a backend developer ● Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot ● Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate) ● Familiarity with version control tools (Git) ● Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams Nice to Have ● Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS) ● Knowledge of NoSQL databases ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) ● Experience in financial industry projects ● Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Benefits 100% remote Long-term commitment, with autonomy and impact Strategic and high-visibility role in a modern engineering culture Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership Clear path to growth and leadership within Coderio Why join Coderio?
