From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. We are seeking a Senior B2C Product Marketing Manager with strong creative and storytelling skills and a track record of leading successful product marketing programs (including ownership of messaging, positioning, product launch and GTM strategy) for a large consumer business. The right candidate will demonstrate strengths in working collaboratively across multiple organizations, managing multiple milestones and shifting requirements in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and technical understanding to effectively communicate tangible business benefits that resonate with residential internet customers. You’ll be responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging, gathering customer and marketplace insights to inform product improvements, developing customer-facing content, and helping shape broader marketing strategies. Success in this role will require a relentless focus on the customer, excellent writing and communication skills, confidence presenting to senior leadership, and an ability to continuously execute with high standards. Existing understanding of telecom or satellite internet categories is a plus. Key job responsibilities * Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation * Partner closely with product and marketing teams to deliver effective and consistent customer-facing communications * Drive customer and marketplace insights through primary and secondary research * Create high-impact marketing content for various customer segments * Orchestrate product launch marketing campaigns Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic Qualifications
  • - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
