- Worldwide Grocery Stores Tech (WWGST) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Supplier Transactional Data and Retail Master Data (STREAM) team. In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for critical internal tools that power Amazon's perishable supply chain across physical stores and online channels. Your work will directly impact 10,000+ associates and partner tech teams on a daily basis. This role is preferably based in Austin, TX, with Seattle, WA as an alternative location. The position requires daily collaboration with engineering teams in Austin and Bangalore, regular engagement with core retail Vendor Central teams. Key job responsibilities - Deliver the right product, define features, business, and technology strategy. - Differentiate product, recommend pricing, coordinate marketing, and align stakeholders. - Assess the impact of emerging technologies on feature use cases. - Handle complex product development and management scenarios. Make smart trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features). May own launch/issue response. - Impact product brand, CX/usability, technical and feature design trade-offs, team engineering roadmaps (internal/external), segment adoption, and org business goals. - Drive product discussions (e.g. vision, goals, tenets, narratives, MBR/QBR, status) with executives (tech/non-tech). - Produce clear, concise documents (e.g., functional, technical specifications, PR/FAQs). May train sales.
Basic Qualifications
- - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products
