• Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure while contributing to the design and delivery of new solutions. Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network hardware, software, and connectivity across internal systems and customer environments Design and implement large-scale data center networks across multiple geographies, including routing, switching, VXLAN, and SD-WAN architectures Deploy and manage firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and related network security and traffic management solutions Support integration and connectivity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure performance visibility and rapid issue resolution Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and standards for network environments and operational procedures Participate in capacity planning, scalability initiatives, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementations, troubleshooting, and new technology deployments Requirements This position requires deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, combined with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in complex infrastructure environments. 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, Managed Service Provider environments, or large-scale infrastructure operations Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, network design, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with F5 LTM/WAF, Palo Alto firewalls (including Panorama), Arista platforms, VXLAN, and SD-WAN technologies Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS and Azure environments Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network architectures across distributed systems Experience in automation, monitoring, and scaling of network and application delivery systems Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Arista Level 3 preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments Benefits Competitive base salary aligned with experience and expertise Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions Paid time off and flexible work programs Health Savings Account (HSA) and dependent care options Tuition assistance and professional development support Short-term and long-term disability insurance Employee banking and financial wellness benefits Remote-first work environment with occasional travel as needed Growth opportunities within a complex, enterprise-scale technology environment
