Lead forecasting and business modeling: Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, initiative-sizing models, and other analytical tools that support high-quality strategic decisions. Translate data into actionable insights: Use dashboards and analytics platforms to evaluate performance, identify trends, inform recommendations, and support recurring business reviews across revenue, contribution margin, retention, S2S, and ARPU. Support strategic initiatives: Serve as a key resource and thought partner on high-priority projects, proactively identifying hypotheses, opportunities, and potential challenges. Shape treatment and program launches: Evaluate new treatments, SKUs, and programs through market analysis, scenario planning, and initial forecasting, while helping define launch requirements across clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market milestones. Monitor market opportunities: Conduct analysis of emerging trends and opportunities within men's health and translate findings into potential business opportunities. Requirements 6+ years of relevant business experience, with management consulting or strategy experience required. Demonstrated experience in strategic analytics, business prioritization, and opportunity assessment. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to derive actionable conclusions from complex datasets. Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, compelling, and executive-ready narratives and recommendations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to independently identify challenges, develop solutions, and respond effectively to changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health is a plus. Familiarity with Looker and/or Amplitude is a plus. Experience supporting product or treatment roadmap planning within a regulated environment is a plus.
