Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a consistently high standard of service quality within the customer support services environment.
- Provide tailored solutions and consultative guidance to customers, addressing their individual needs with empathy and precision.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, cases, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, escalation departments, and technical specialists to resolve complex customer enquiries within agreed service level agreements.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute valuable feedback to process improvement initiatives within the customer support services team.
- Uphold and promote a customer-first culture at all times, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and brand integrity.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team briefings to stay current with product knowledge, service updates, and best practices.
- Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
- A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.
- A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and documentation purposes.
- Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, or a client-facing consultancy role is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, CRM platforms, and the ability to navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously.
