Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding car products, services, and maintenance.
  • Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and issue resolution promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide precise assistance.
  • Provide feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Passion for cars and strong problem-solving abilities.
