- Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and productivity when processing large volumes of social media content within defined quality benchmarks and time targets.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content decisions, communicating professionally in fluent Spanish at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders, quality analysts, and trust and safety specialists to refine moderation workflows and uphold platform integrity.
- Stay continuously updated on evolving social media trends, platform policy changes, and emerging content risks within Spanish-speaking online communities.
- Document moderation decisions accurately in internal tracking systems, contributing to data-driven reporting and performance analysis.
- Participate actively in regular training sessions, calibration exercises, and team briefings to maintain the highest standard of content moderation excellence.
- Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
- Valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and online community culture is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to make confident, well-reasoned decisions under pressure in a fast-moving social media environment.
