Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat

- Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and enhance service delivery
- Collect client feedback and insights to inform improvements and ensure satisfaction
- Actively promote our services and solutions to address client needs
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in client relations or customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous
