  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility in Bulgaria).
  • Previous experience in a customer support, client services, or B2B account management role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build professional rapport with business clients quickly and confidently.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
