Who we are

Valerie is an AI-powered growth partner for eCommerce founders. We don't run ads for brands, we partner

with them. Using proprietary agentic AI, a full-stack team of specialists, and access to growth capital, we help

the right founders scale faster and smarter than they ever could alone.

The Role

As a Sourcing Intern, you'll sit inside Valerie's brand acquisition pipeline. Your job is to find and evaluate

eCommerce brands that have real potential and quickly filter out the ones that don't. You'll learn to read a

brand the way an investor does: product, story, market gap, social proof, and red flags.

This is a research-heavy, judgment-driven role.

What will you do:

– Research and qualify brands across eCommerce verticals using a structured framework.

– Classify brands into tiers

– Identify market gaps

– Assess social media strategy looking beyond follower counts to evaluate whether a brand's content

What we are looking for:

No prior experience required. We care a lot more about how you think than what you've done. That said, you'll

thrive here if you are:

– Naturally curious

– Detail-oriented

– Comfortable working independently

– Interested in eCommerce, DTC brands
