Job Description
- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Insights Analyst (Healthcare) based in United States. This remote analytics role will turn social and digital data into meaningful insights for healthcare and life sciences clients. You’ll analyze social conversations, audience behavior, campaign performance, and emerging trends across major platforms. The role combines social listening, marketing analytics, reporting, and strategic interpretation in a highly regulated industry. You’ll work closely with account, content, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaign decisions are grounded in credible evidence. Your insights will help improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and overall campaign performance. This is an opportunity for an analytically strong professional who already understands the nuances of pharma and healthcare communications. You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first environment where clear thinking, curiosity, and actionable insights are highly valued.
- Accountabilities: Monitor social conversations, audience trends, and emerging topics across healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences using platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr. Analyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, campaign effectiveness, and emerging trends to identify actionable opportunities. Translate complex datasets and social intelligence into clear strategic recommendations that inform targeting, messaging, channel strategy, and campaign optimization. Build and maintain visually engaging dashboards and reporting tools for internal teams and client-facing stakeholders. Gather, process, and interpret data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant social and digital channels. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports measuring campaign performance against established KPIs and objectives. Support analytics deliverables throughout campaign planning and execution, including data structures, tagging, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements. Research developments in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare audience behavior to identify trends and inform client strategies. Partner with account managers, content teams, strategists, and other stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into campaign decisions. Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, clarity, and quality across analytics and reporting deliverables. Requirements: 2–4 years of marketing analytics experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or healthcare advertising, with agency-side pharma experience strongly preferred. Existing understanding of the regulated pharmaceutical marketing environment, including awareness of how MLR and compliance considerations influence content, messaging, and campaign execution. Experience analyzing social media performance across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. Proficiency with social media analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or comparable platforms. Hands-on experience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience using data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to distinguish meaningful patterns from surface-level observations. Ability to turn data and research into concise, actionable recommendations for non-technical and client-facing audiences. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy and reporting quality. Collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Benefits: Annual salary range of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Fully remote work environment with a distributed team of experienced professionals. Opportunity to work on healthcare and life sciences marketing initiatives with direct strategic impact. Exposure to social intelligence, campaign analytics, audience insights, and digital strategy. Collaborative environment emphasizing autonomy, innovation, and continuous improvement. Opportunity to work cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, content, and account teams. Access to a modern, technology-driven analytics environment and diverse client projects.
