Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food orders, delivery status, and account management
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Guide clients on how to use our platform and navigate promotions
- Gather customer insights to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and food delivery trends
- A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and food delivery platforms is an advantage
