• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO Specialist based in Brazil. This role is an opportunity for an SEO professional who enjoys hands-on execution, technical optimization, and delivering measurable organic growth. You will support multiple client accounts by ensuring SEO initiatives are implemented accurately, efficiently, and consistently. The position focuses on improving website performance through technical SEO, content optimization, local search management, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with experienced marketing professionals while owning important operational workflows and deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about identifying opportunities that improve search visibility. Working remotely, you will contribute to impactful digital marketing projects while maintaining high standards of execution and performance.
• Accountabilities: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for executing and maintaining SEO initiatives across multiple client websites, ensuring technical accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to manage SEO workflows independently while collaborating with internal teams. Implement SEO strategies across websites, ensuring accurate execution of on-page, technical, and local SEO activities. Perform technical SEO audits, monitor website health, and support issue identification and resolution. Manage quality assurance processes for website updates, content publishing, and pre-launch reviews. Coordinate local SEO initiatives, including online presence management and business profile optimization. Monitor backlink activities and maintain effective link management processes. Review SEO deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with quality standards. Support reporting processes and track campaign execution, progress, and performance indicators. Identify potential issues proactively and communicate recommendations to improve workflows. Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to execute SEO initiatives effectively. The role requires someone who enjoys operational excellence, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards across multiple projects. 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including local, on-page, and technical SEO. Strong understanding of SEO implementation, quality assurance, and best practices. Experience working with technical SEO elements such as schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website audits. Familiarity with backlink management, Google Business Profile optimization, and SEO platforms/tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects with minimal supervision. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable identifying issues before they impact results. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams. Experience working in remote environments and managing independent workflows is a plus.
