SEO Content Specialist (AI-Enabled)

We’re looking for an AI-Enabled SEO Content Specialist to support our marketing efforts through consistent, execution-focused SEO content work. This role is centered on using AI tools to efficiently create, refine, and publish SEO-ready content that supports organic visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to create and optimize SEO-focused content
• Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and natural tone
• Audit existing content for keywords, structure, and on-page SEO improvements
• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages
• Execute keyword placement, internal linking, and on-page SEO best practices
• Publish and manage content on WordPress sites including blogs, landing pages, and location pages
• Implement strong internal linking strategies across websites
• Optimize metadata, headers, URLs, and on-page elements
• Monitor organic performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate on SEO-driven content and website strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content optimization
• Experience working with WordPress, SquareSpace, or similar web-hosting services
• Understanding of keyword intent, headers, metadata, and internal linking
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content creation and optimization
• Experience with SEO content writing and on-page optimization
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
