SEO Analyst (Part-Time)

• Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to manage defined optimization projects that strengthen our digital foundation and improve search visibility. This role is structured around specific initiatives and requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while coordinating with leadership and paid media efforts. Key Responsibilities Business Listing Optimization - Audit and correct practice information across approximately 30–40 online directories - Ensure consistency of contact details, services, and branding - Strengthen local search accuracy and authority signals Content Optimization - Refresh and update existing high-performing blog articles for continued relevance - Improve keyword alignment, structure, and on-page SEO - Maintain medical credibility and appropriate tone Strategic Alignment - Coordinate SEO efforts with current Google PPC campaigns - Identify opportunities to strengthen organic and paid search integration - Provide clear reporting on progress and outcomes Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: - Demonstrated experience in local and on-page SEO - Strong attention to detail and process discipline - The ability to work within defined project scopes and timelines - Comfort collaborating with a leadership team while working independently - An understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and professionalism Measures of Success - Accurate and consistent listings across online directories - Improved local search visibility - Updated content that remains competitive and relevant - Clear alignment between organic and paid acquisition strategies
