  • Accountabilities: The Senior Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data, improving trade processes, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance commercial performance and patient access. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure efficient program execution and continuous improvement. Analyze access, service, and trade performance metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions that improve business outcomes. Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting findings and strategic recommendations. Evaluate operational trends, investigate performance gaps, and coordinate solutions to improve efficiency and reduce barriers to treatment access. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to support effective specialty pharmacy operations. Conduct variance analyses to identify unexpected changes in trade performance, purchasing behavior, and distribution patterns. Partner with operational teams to create monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting related to inventory, sales, trade spending, and customer performance. Support quarterly business reviews and operational updates with relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality, and operational workflows through continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings experience in pharmaceutical operations, market access, analytics, or specialty pharmacy environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, analytics, specialty pharmacy, account management, or a comparable field. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels, including wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Experience analyzing operational data and developing reports that support strategic decision-making. Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $140,000 - $171,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal factors.
