What You'll Do
As a Senior Territory Manager, you will own and drive revenue growth across your assigned territory, building strategic relationships with customers and channel partners while leading territory expansion initiatives. This is a highly visible role for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets, developing market strategies, and creating long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-user revenue growth through channel partners, distributors, and resellers across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy focused on pipeline growth, market share expansion, and quota attainment.
- Build, manage, and advance a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and maintain strong pipeline discipline.
- Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and channel initiatives, including territory planning, account development plans, and partner growth strategies.
- Effectively position and present SonicWall's cybersecurity portfolio, communicating business value and differentiators to customers and partners.
- Align SonicWall solutions with partner business priorities to drive joint success, increase engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, competitive displacement initiatives, and market expansion strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on SonicWall's products, services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to maximize business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of successful enterprise, territory, channel, or cybersecurity sales experience, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in a highly competitive market.
- Demonstrated success owning and growing a geographic territory while operating in a remote field-based environment.
- Strong network of relationships within enterprise customer accounts, channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Experience developing and executing territory and regional growth strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and solution-selling methodologies.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a high-performing team.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
