Job Description
  • Why we're looking for you Our hardware fulfillment is scaling 3x year-over-year. We need a systems leader to evaluate, implement, and own our next-generation logistics infrastructure: a WMS (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder) integrated with ERP and deeply connected to Salesforce. You'll architect the solution, build the integrations, and drive adoption.
  • The impact you'll have Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live Architect deep Salesforce integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management Future-proof logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory
  • Who you'll work with Reports to: Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Success Logistics leadership for warehouse operations and fulfillment strategy Finance for asset management, depreciation tracking, and GL integration RevOps/Salesforce development team for integration design and implementation IT/Data Engineering for infrastructure, security, and data architecture Customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, CS) as stakeholders and end users
  • What we're looking for 5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep Salesforce integrations Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-commerce, DTC, hardware SaaS) Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder, ShipHero, Extensiv) ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) Strong Salesforce admin skills and custom development knowledge Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms) Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end High-growth startup experience preferred
  • Pay and benefits The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package.
