Job Description
- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical supply chain operations within a rapidly scaling, technology-enabled healthcare environment. You will help translate demand forecasts into actionable production requirements while ensuring pharmacy partners can meet service levels and budget expectations. The position combines operational execution, analytics, partner management, reporting, and process improvement. You will own recurring workflows while also helping build more scalable models, dashboards, and processes as the function evolves. Your work will directly influence fulfillment performance, partner relationships, cost management, and the organization’s ability to support growing patient demand. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with frequent opportunities to solve problems that have not yet been fully defined. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys autonomy, measurable impact, and building better ways of working.
- Accountabilities: Own pharmacy partner invoice management from end to end, including auditing, validating, and approving invoices across more than 20 partners with varying billing schedules to ensure accurate and timely payments. Translate demand projections from Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success into production and consumable requirements for pharmacy partners, converting patient and service-line forecasts into actionable supply needs. Support volume and capacity planning by analyzing order demand against partner capacity, medication availability, service lines, SLAs, and budget considerations to help optimize volume allocation. Contribute to procurement planning by identifying ingredient and consumable requirements and helping determine appropriate sourcing quantities. Own and maintain supply chain dashboards and recurring reports, improving data quality, inputs, and reporting processes as the technology environment evolves. Identify manual, inefficient, or undefined processes and develop practical improvements that increase scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Document newly established processes and workflows to ensure they remain effective as the team and business grow. Partner with pharmacy providers, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Procurement, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth supply chain operations. Analyze vendor spend, costs, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization. Take ownership of emerging operational priorities as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-changing environment. Support the broader supply chain function with additional projects and responsibilities as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, operations analytics, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated experience translating demand or sales forecasts into supply, production, purchasing, or fulfillment requirements. Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build, maintain, and analyze models with multiple inputs and changing variables. Experience managing recurring operational workflows from start to finish, including vendor invoicing, spend auditing, reconciliation, or similar activities. Experience working in SLA-driven environments where accuracy, responsiveness, and timely execution are critical. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify gaps, investigate discrepancies, and develop practical solutions. Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Healthcare or pharmacy experience is valuable, as is the demonstrated ability to quickly become proficient in specialized product and operational terminology. Proven ability to work independently in fast-changing, high-growth environments where processes and priorities continue to evolve. Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus. Experience owning dashboards and operational reporting using tools such as Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred. Exposure to SQL or scripting, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve productivity, is advantageous. Experience in pharmacy, compounding, regulated-product supply chains, or procurement function development is a plus. Benefits: Remote work opportunity within the United States. Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. Flexible paid time off. 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Life insurance. Pet insurance. Opportunity to work in a relatively flat organizational environment that encourages autonomy, ownership, and employee-driven ideas. Broad exposure to supply chain operations, demand planning, analytics, procurement, partner management, and process improvement within a high-growth environment.
