Job Description
  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Strategy & Planning Manager in United States. This role sits at the core of commercial strategy and platform growth, shaping how large-scale API partnerships are structured, prioritized, and executed across domestic and international markets. You will act as a key strategic partner across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Partnerships, translating complex deal dynamics into scalable business and product decisions. The position blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of pipeline strategy, deal structuring, and cross-functional alignment. You will influence roadmap priorities by identifying product gaps needed to win critical enterprise opportunities. In addition, you will help define commercial frameworks, pricing approaches, and integration strategies for a fast-scaling API ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role operating at the intersection of technology, business development, and platform strategy. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning complex inputs into clear, actionable direction.
  • Accountabilities: Lead strategic support for the Fulfillment Pro API pipeline across domestic and international markets, including deal qualification, opportunity shaping, forecasting, and pipeline governance. Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to structure complex enterprise deals and drive them from early-stage evaluation through to close. Identify required product capabilities to win key opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap development. Work with Legal and Finance to design scalable commercial frameworks, pricing models, rate cards, and contracting structures for diverse partner types. Collaborate with Partnerships teams to evaluate and operationalize third-party integrations that enhance platform capabilities. Serve as a central strategic advisor for API motion initiatives, synthesizing market, competitive, and deal-level insights to inform business decisions. Build and manage cross-functional operating cadences (deal reviews, roadmap alignment, integration governance, and escalation processes). Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations using CRM tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms. Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives spanning product, commercial, and operational domains. Represent the organization externally with partners and industry stakeholders when required. Requirements: 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, strategy & operations, management consulting, GTM strategy, partnerships, or enterprise deal strategy roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing complex B2B or enterprise deal cycles from qualification through structuring and closure. Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, pricing strategy, and contract structuring in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Experience working closely with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into roadmap priorities. Familiarity with API-based platforms and third-party integration ecosystems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex or fragmented data into clear narratives and recommendations. Proficiency with G Suite, SQL, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives and external partners. Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong ownership and execution discipline. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary ranging from $147,000 to $185,500 USD depending on location. Eligibility for equity grants and annual refresh equity awards. Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans. Flexible remote-first work model under a Flex First policy. Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave support. Retirement savings plans and financial wellness resources. Learning and development opportunities in a high-growth, platform-driven environment. Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on ownership, innovation, and cross-functional impact.
