- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist, Managed Cloud Services based in India. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cloud operations professional to play a key role in supporting complex hosted environments and mission-critical healthcare technology platforms. The position combines cloud infrastructure expertise, client engagement, and project coordination to ensure smooth implementation, migration, and ongoing service delivery. You will work closely with technical teams, implementation specialists, and customers to resolve challenges, optimize system performance, and drive successful cloud operations. This role offers exposure to modern cloud technologies, database management, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise-scale hosting environments. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving with customer-facing collaboration in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
- Accountabilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for hosted clients during implementation, migration, and cloud service delivery activities, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and support. Coordinate closely with internal technical teams, cloud specialists, and project stakeholders to facilitate successful deployments, transitions, and operational readiness. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure, network, server, storage, and system-related issues to maintain service availability and performance. Implement, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, storage platforms, backup solutions, and database environments. Manage SQL database migrations, restorations, and configurations across cloud and data center environments. Support disaster recovery planning, testing, validation, and execution to strengthen business continuity and operational resilience. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures to support ongoing service excellence. Ensure smooth project handoffs from implementation teams to customer success and operational support functions. Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance cloud service delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience working with cloud computing environments, infrastructure operations, or managed cloud services. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or comparable cloud platforms and related cloud technologies. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, systems integration, database administration, network security, and infrastructure management. Experience supporting healthcare technology platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management applications, or similar environments is highly desirable. Proficiency with SQL database administration, migration, restoration, and troubleshooting activities. Experience working with project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification is preferred. Cloud-related certifications such as AWS certifications or equivalent credentials are highly valued. Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and project management platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
