Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in creative agencies, branding, marketing services, or digital media sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to prospect thoughtfully into luxury and premium markets, balancing personalization with consistency to create meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging ICP-fit accounts, generating qualified discovery calls, and contributing directly to pipeline growth through highly personalized outbound outreach.
This is a relationship-driven outbound role where quality matters more than volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Book 8–12 qualified discovery meetings per month with Director-level and executive buyers.
- Maintain a 70%+ show rate on sourced meetings.
- Build and manage target account lists within Attio CRM.
- Execute personalized outbound campaigns through:
- LinkedIn outreach (30–50 touches/day)
- Cold email campaigns (50–100 touches/day)
- Research prospects thoroughly before outreach to ensure relevance and personalization.
- Engage luxury real estate, hospitality, premium consumer, and lifestyle brands aligned with the ideal customer profile.
- Respond to inbound interest and prospect replies within 2 hours during business hours.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with detailed notes, statuses, and next steps after every interaction.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation and sourced revenue opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation roles.
- Previous experience selling marketing, branding, creative, social media, or agency services.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and account-based outreach.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email personalization.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Attio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to research accounts and tailor messaging based on brand positioning and business goals.
