- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Proven experience managing R&D teams and projects
- Strong background in product development and innovation processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting and resource management
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software
