This role is a high-impact delivery coordination position responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will act as the central connector between product, marketing, data, and channel teams, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and translating strategic intent into structured, executable plans. The position requires strong organizational discipline and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity while managing competing priorities and dependencies. You will play a key role in ensuring successful product launches, improving delivery consistency, and enabling effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will influence outcomes through facilitation, documentation, and proactive risk management. This role is ideal for a structured yet adaptable leader who thrives in coordinating complexity and driving execution excellence.
- Accountabilities Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, data, and channel teams. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, proactively driving resolution and maintaining delivery momentum. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stand-ups, and program reviews to ensure accountability and shared understanding of priorities. Translate complex initiatives into clear documentation, including plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and executive summaries. Develop and maintain structured communication artifacts such as decision memos, briefing materials, and leadership updates. Serve as a key liaison between product teams and enablement functions to ensure effective downstream execution. Monitor adoption and performance metrics post-launch, identifying gaps and coordinating remediation actions. Build templates, frameworks, and documentation standards to improve delivery efficiency and consistency across programs. Requirements 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare insurance or healthcare technology environments. Strong proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing executive-level documentation. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment, decisions, and accountability across stakeholders. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, technology, and channel teams. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies preferred. Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market execution, or marketing operations is a plus.
