About the Team:
The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and operational excellence across our go-to-market organization. We partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to scale systems, optimize processes, and deliver strategic initiatives that accelerate growth. As AlphaSense continues to evolve, this team plays a critical role in transforming how we sell, price, and deliver value to our customers.
About the Role:
You will lead one of the most critical transformations in our go-to-market strategy - shifting from a seat-based pricing model to a consumption-based model across our rapidly scaling revenue organization.
Sitting at the intersection of where GTM Processes and Platforms integrate with our Finance, Product, and Business Systems, you will drive end-to-end program execution across pricing, quoting, forecasting, and revenue intelligence. You will own the orchestration of systems, data, and cross-functional processes required to successfully launch and scale a consumption-based commercial model.
This is a highly visible role where you will partner with senior leadership to define strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-wide impact. You will combine strategic thinking with deep operational and technical execution to modernize our GTM infrastructure and enable our next phase of growth.
Who You Are:
- Program Owner: You have 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within high-growth SaaS or AI organizations, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
- Consumption Pricing Expert: You bring direct experience with pricing model evolution (seat-based to consumption/usage-based) and understand the downstream impact:
SKU architecture, credit unit design, contract structure, rev rec treatment, GTM roles and compensation, and expansion motion redesign - Systems & Data Fluent: You have deep familiarity with GTM and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, billing platforms, ERP) and understand how data flows across the revenue lifecycle
- Strategic Operator: You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution levels—defining vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Influential Communicator: You excel at building alignment across senior stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear plans, and driving decisions without direct authority
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end program management of our consumption pricing transformation, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Drive the evolution of our GTM systems and architecture, including CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP integrations to support usage-based pricing models
- Redesign core revenue processes such as quoting, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation to align with a consumption-driven business model
- Partner with Data and Revenue Intelligence teams to build scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Establish program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver against key milestones
