This role sits at the intersection of healthcare analytics, program execution, and clinical quality improvement, supporting in-home health and well-being assessment initiatives. You will oversee the delivery of Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy-related programs that directly influence care quality, compliance, and patient outcomes. The position requires strong analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, pharmacy, Stars, finance, and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of program goals. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will manage dashboards, monitor real-time performance, and resolve operational issues with precision. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly support quality care delivery and regulatory performance success.
  • Accountabilities Manage and execute Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy programs supporting in-home health assessment initiatives and quality improvement efforts. Monitor in-home visit data collection to ensure accuracy, compliance, and real-time visibility aligned with program requirements. Oversee operational dashboards, identifying performance gaps and coordinating corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis and incident resolution related to Stars data, ensuring accuracy at the member level. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, Stars, pharmacy, and vendor teams to prioritize and enhance program outcomes. Support program reporting and communicate performance results, insights, and improvement opportunities to leadership. Manage budget tracking for Stars and follow-up programs, including validation of vendor invoicing and data integrity. Make independent decisions on moderately complex operational and technical program delivery components. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Stars and HEDIS or related healthcare quality programs. 3+ years of experience in vendor management, project management, or program delivery roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting. Experience working independently across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare metrics, trends, and identify gaps in care. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities in complex operational environments. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of AI, Health Information Exchange (HIE), or in-home care programs. Benefits Annual salary range of $86,300 – $118,700, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.
