Responsibilities
  • Enterprise-scale authentication experiences used by millions of customers
  • Modern CIAM platforms and mobile identity capabilities
  • Risk-based and adaptive authentication models in partnership with fraud and UX teams
  • Cross-channel identity experiences spanning web, mobile, branch-equivalent workflows, and call center journeys
  • Industry-leading identity and security technologies
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for unified login and authentication across all customer channels
  • Lead delivery of modern authentication capabilities, including login flows, MFA, step-up verification, and mobile-first experiences
  • Partner with fraud and risk teams to integrate adaptive, risk-based controls into identity journeys
  • Define reusable authentication patterns, standards, and UX best practices
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure services are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise identity standards
  • Collaborate with product owners across channels to onboard applications into unified login and reduce fragmented or legacy authentication approaches
  • Balance security, usability, and performance to deliver friction-aware user journeys
  • Use analytics, telemetry, and customer feedback to continuously optimize flows
  • Ensure experiences meet regulatory, security, privacy, and accessibility requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management required
  • 6-10+ years leading complex, customer-facing platform or experience products
  • Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience building authentication, identity, or security-related user experiences
  • Familiarity with CIAM/IAM concepts, MFA, mobile authentication, and standards such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
  • Experience partnering with security, fraud, or risk teams on adaptive or risk-based journeys
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across engineering, UX, security, and business stakeholders
