The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, shape strategy, and drive prioritization. You’ll work closely with the founder and the Head of Talent & Product Strategy, combining strong product judgment with deep domain expertise.
This is a senior IC role with real ownership and influence.
What You’ll Do
Lead continuous product discovery with customers and early partners
Frame problems, define success, and make clear tradeoffs
Create and own a focused, impact-driven roadmap
Prototype ideas independently using modern and AI-assisted tools
Partner closely with design and engineering from idea to delivery
Help shape AI-enabled workflows with strong judgment and restraint
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of product management experience
Strong experience running product discovery
Proven ability to create and prioritize roadmaps
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
On top of modern product, design, and AI tools
Able to prototype concepts independently
Strong product and UX taste
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
B2B SaaS experience
HR, hiring, or talent-related products
AI-enabled products
Startup or early-stage experience

You care deeply about focus, clarity, and product quality
You have a low tolerance for sloppy details and half-baked work.
